For sale are 10 different new old stock PHARMACY DRUG STORE APOTHECARY LABELS. These original colored labels were made for John J. Milbourn, Druggist, Eaton Rapids, Michigan. In 1895, John J. Milbourn purchased a drug store from F.J. Brainard in Eaton Rapids. So these labels probably date to the early 1900s. Each label still appears to have a dried adhesive backing to stick to an apothecary bottle when moistened. Each label measures about 2 1/4 inches by 1 3/8 inches. Most of the labels feature the iconic skull and cross bones graphic to indicate a poison. These labels are great to affix to old medicine bottles or for an art or scrapbooking. Purchase all labels for a total of $10.

There is a label for each of the following chemicals: Chlorate of Potash, Sulphate of Zinc, Saltpetre, Paris Green, Carbolic Acid, Potassium Permanganate, Chloroform, Arsenic, Muriatic Acid, and Epsom Salt.
