For sale is a rare vintage DAVIS OK BAKING SODA PIN made by the Whitehead & Hoag Company, Newark, NJ. This celluloid pin or advertising button is marked with an 1896 patent date. This pinback is in excellent condition with the original paper insert on the back. The pin measures about 7/8 inches diameter. The front features the iconic Davis Baking Powder Tin with pricing information. Buy a pound for 20 cents, a 1/2 pound for 10 cents; and 1/4 pound for 5 cents. A great advertising collectible.
