This film is the first episode from the first season of the Dick Tracy Show. This 1961 Dick Tracy cartoon story entails B.B. Eyes and Flattop robbing the Eastside/Westside bank with Hemlock Homes and the Retouchables in pursuit. This 8 mm film probably was made and sold around 1970.
