1940s Shakespeare Company Oiler – Fishing Reel or Sewing Machine Oiler

For sale is a Vintage FISHING REEL OILER from the Shakespeare Company. Between the 1930s and 1950s, the Shakespeare Company gave out these oilers as promotional items. This popular vintage oiler was used for fishing reels, hunting, sewing machines, and other machinery. The oiler is embossed on front “Shakespeare Co” and stamped on bottom: “Made in USA.” This oiler measures about 3 1/2 inches tall and 1 inch wide. Oiler is in overall excellent condition but the cap is dented. A sought after collectible oiler.
