For sale is a 1930s era BLACO BEVELED GLASS FLASHLIGHT from the Blake Manufacturing Company. The chrome flashlight case has an elaborate repeating floral print. The flashlight switch is marked with a patent number 1,902,590 which was filed in 1930. This flashlight stands about 6 7/8 inches tall and has a 2 inch diameter lens. This flashlight is untested. An excellent collectible vintage flashlight.
During the 1930s and 1940s, the Blake Manufacturing Company, often branded as “Blaco,” was a notable US-based manufacturer producing flashlights and metal products. The company was known for producing durable copper and chrome bullet-shaped flashlights.
