For sale is an original vintage STOVE ASH GRATE SHAKER CRANK HANDLE with a triangular socket. The cast medal handle is marked E98. This tool is in very good condition and from an unknown manufacturer. The handle measures about 8 1/2 inches long. A great vintage item for display or use.
The Shaker handle attached to the shaker grate assembly allowing you to shake the grates when burning coal. This helps the ashes get to the bottom ash pan and also aids in a complete burn.
