For sale is an 1894 handwritten purchase RECEIPT from CLINE & COMPANY, Knightly, Virginia. The shopper, Mr. B. S. Bowles, paid $1.60 for two hundred pounds of flour. This Victorian era receipt is dated July 23, 1894. The receipt measures 8 1/2 inches by 4 1/4 inches. An interesting ephemera collectible.
