For sale is an ORIGINAL 1949 HOPEWELL HIGH SCHOOL versus VICTORIA HS FOOTBALL PROGRAM. The cover of this program depicts an odd image of football player wearing a leather helmet catching a pass. However, the football is giving off a magical forcefield. The program was printed for a High School Football game that occurred on September 16. 1949. This 8-page program is complete and in good condition with no torn pages. The original owner wrote the score of the game on the cover (Hopewell won in a blowout 38 to 0). The program contents features photos of co-captain Bud Jones and John Dean, a variety of ads from local businesses, great full color coca cola advert. The bottom of the coca cola ad features a tutorial on the referee signals for the various penalties. The program original sold for 10 cents. Purchase it to shame the Victoria HA alum in your family.
