Rare 1948 REALTOR BOOK – MAYFAIR PARK PROPERTY PHOTOGRAPHS – Utica, NY

For sale is a rare 1948 REALTOR BOOK OF MAYFAIR PARK PROPERTY PHOTOGRAPHS. This book includes 10-different original glossy black and white photographs of the grounds and facilities located on eight acre Mayfair Park, near Utica New York. Each of the photographs includes a detailed description of the subject of the photo. At the time of the proposed sale, this campground event venue had been operating for about 15 years. The park hosted conventions, rallys, concerts, picnics, clambakes, and public and private dances. The facility had parking for 15,000 cars, a ballroom with a 1,000 person capacity, a 75-foot long bar, a 300-person Hawaiian room, and two baseball fields. This booklet was prepared when the current owner, J.A. Piotrowski placed the property on the real estate market. Included with the realtor book is a forwarding letter written on the Mayfair Park Stationary. Book measures 19 inches by 8 1/4 inches. A fun collectible for anyone interested in old photographs or Utica history.
