The cover of this Virginia Military Institute Football Program depicts a running back trying to break a tackle from the leatherhead football era. This 44-page program is complete and in very good condition with no torn pages. The program features a VMI team photo, a history of the Virginia versus VMI matches from 1939 through 1948; and both teams staring lineups. The program also features lots of great ads to include full color a Bing Crosby Chesterfield Cigarette Ad; a Camels Cigarettes’ Ad; and an ad for the 1948 Kaiser Traveler Auto which sold new for $2,088.
