Featured on the the lid is graphic of an elderly man with the text: “Purely Vegetable – Strength – Will Keep in any Climate.” On the tin’s front panel is the text: “Ramon’s Tonic Regulator – Specific Remedy For All Diseases Arising From a Disordered or Torpid Liver” The tin’s side panel has the text: “Ramon’s Tonic Regulator is a Purely Vegetable Liver Medicine – Price 25¢ – 5 for $1.00.” The back panel has the text: “Ramon’s Tonic Regulator Gives Quick Relief in Liver Complaint, Biliousness, Dyspepsia, Bilious, Headache, Costiveness, Sour Stomach, and Indigestion – It Acts Directly on the Kidneys Relieving Pains in the Back and Affections of the Bladder – A Good Tonic for General Debility.” The tin measures 2 1/2 inches tall, 1 3/4 inches wide, and 2 inches deep. Yellow lithographic tin is in overall good condition with a few spots of minor rust and paint loss. A great collectible apothecary tin.
