For sale is a vintage 1960s HUDSON BUGWISER SPRAYER model 6220 from the Hudson Manufacturing Company, Chicago, Illinois. This industrial metal two and one-half gallon garden spray can has the original red rubber spray hose but the sprayer is missing the canvas carry strap. Sprayer is untested. Front of sprayer is embossed with the company’s logo: an H on top of a diamond with the name Hudson. Restored sprayer is rust free and looks great from all angles. The sprayer tank measures 7 3/4 inches diameter. The sprayer stands about 21 inches tall (bottom to top of pump handle). Brass sprayer nozzle clips firmly to side of tank. A great industrial collectible for your steampunk décor.
H.D. Hudson Manufacturing Company is a privately held company that sells sprayers and agricultural spraying machines. The company was established in 1929 and still employs a staff of approximately 300 employees.
