For sale is a 1930s HOMART BRASS FLASHLIGHT from the Sears, Roebuck & Company. This flashlight has a ribbed brass case with a pyramid slide switch, flash button, and a belt ring. The switch is marked with a patent number 1,774,722 issued to Wesley J. Officer on September 2, 1930, and assigned to Blake Manufacturing Company, a subsidiary of Ray-O-Vac. This flashlight stands about 7 1/2 inches tall and has a 1 3/4 inch diameter glass lens. This battery powered flashlight is untested. The flashlight has a Ray-O-Vac cloud logo. A great collectible vintage flashlight.

Between the 1930s through the late 1940s, Sears, Roebuck & Co. sold Homart flashlights which were known for their Art Deco designs and durable copper and brass construction.
