For sale is a 1951 GMC PANEL VAN COIN BANK from the ERTL Company. This automobile themed coin bank is marked “Eastwood Auto Restoration Tools & Techniques” on both sides. I believe ERTL sold those 1/25 scale automobile banks during the 1990s. The key to unlock the bank is included with the sale. The sale also includes the original box. The model measures 7 1/4 inches long, by 2 l/2 inches wide, and 3 inches tall. A uncommon collectible coin bank.
The collectible ERTL Eastwood car bank series were die-cast vehicle replicas that also functioned as coin banks. The sets and individual models feature a variety of vintage vehicles, such as 1923 Chevrolet Van, 1938 Chevrolet Panel Truck, 1926 Seagrave Pumper Volunteer Fire Department Truck, 1931 Wrecker Truck, and 1930 Diamond T Tanker Truck.
